I have been a Loan Officer for 5 years strong now. I first started at New Century Financial a direct lender in the sub-prime market in 2003. I eventually worked my way into the Leadership Development Program a training class for a select few to step in the role of management. Unfortunately as a lot of lenders were shutting down, New Century shut down just as I was to become a branch manager. After all the Lenders were shutting down I decided to take a break from the Mortgage Industry and worked for Homes.com a Real Estate Marketing Company. Although I learned a lot about the Real Estate market and advertising I miss the Mortgage industry so I decided to come back. I now work for Prosperity Mortgage a division of Wells-Fargo Corporation. I am a direct lender that specializes in many programs custom fit for the home borrowers needs.
